Thank you for tuning into my blogs. I'll be sharing some health and wellness tips, recipes, videos etc. As I'm getting older, I'm realizing how important self care comes into play. Life can be challenging, and stress is the number one culprit. I guess that's what inspired me to become a licensed massage therapist as well as a certified Tai Chi instructor.
