From Above Wellness stands behind the quality of every product we sell. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make you happy. We cannot accept returns on samples, food items, or any products that have been personalized or decorated in any way.
If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt. Any cancelled orders will be subject to 5% cancellation charge due to transaction fees we incur after your credit card is processed. Please pay attention to minimum order quantities, as this will result in a 5% charge if your order is cancelled. Any order that has already been shipped can not be cancelled.
If UPS or Fedex is experiencing problems trying to deliver your package(s) due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. The sender is responsible for any reshipping fees charged by Fedex or UPS to redeliver the package.
On rare occasions some items may arrive damaged or may be missing. Please contact us immediately. You must save the damaged merchandise and packaging for a possible claim by us with the carrier. You must report any damage or missing items to us no later than 5 days after the package was delivered. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS. Within 5 days after you receive your damaged merchandise, you must provide us with photos to show damages. Once we take a look at the photos we will help file a claim with the shipping service. We will either issue you a credit or send you out the replacements.
