Tai Chi Is a martial arts but also a wonderful form of exercise. In these beginner's Tai Chi videos we will be learning Yang Style 24 short form, applying the Open Door System. Open Door meaning that everyone is welcome to participate no matter what age you are or what health condition you have. We will be diving into the underlying principles such as posture, breathing, grounding to get the full benefits of this amazing form of exercise. Just a note...This is not intended to get your masters in Tai Chi. We are not striving for perfection. Each individual is different. We are striving to make the most we can with the bodies God gave us.... So enjoy, relax, and let go.
