It was back in March 2005, we started our internet business called Above Gourmet marketing extra virgin olive oil favors for weddings, anniversaries, bridal showers etc.  Instead of managing two separate business entities we decided why not incorporate high quality olive oils into our business mix. After all, olive oil has been an important part of a balanced diet for many years.  Olives is a superfood.   It contains natural disease-fighting polyphenols, antioxidant vitamin E, and monounsaturated fat.  This amazing fruit provides heart and cancer protection.  Balsamic vinegar is a superfood as well.  For example, it helps fight cancer, protects the heart, promotes digestion, and so much more. Keep in mind, not all olive oils out on the market are the same. The Balsamic Vinegar is imported from Modena, Italy whose distinct sweet and sour characteristic make it perfect for marinades, seasonings, and dressings. Each bottle comes with a personalized label.
